Really great pans. Best non stick I have ever had. Used analon pots previously and they lasted over 10 years. Bought some Teflon pans afterwards but they were poor in comparison. Now I will only buy anolon.

Have had this pan only a few months. I have used a silicone spatula when using this pan. Now have a ding on the side of the pan like maybe I had hit side of pan to remove something stuck on spatula. I never hit the spatula on edge of pan & now have a small piece of the coating missing.

The pans I ordered were replacements for the same that I had for about 4 years. I've had a lot of non-stick pans and these are the best ones I've had. They are a bit heavy (which I don't mind) but that's the price you pay to get very even heating across the entire surface without any hot spots. The non-stick surface is the most durable non-stick surface I've had but it does wear a little over time. As long as you use silicon spatulas with these pans the surface will last a very long time. The only reason I needed to replace my pans is because my young daughter ruined the pans by overheating them and using a metal spatula on them; this was not a fault of the pans or reflects on their durability. In addition, if you like to cook omelets and don't want any browning of the eggs, these are the best pans for omelets.

These were not all the reviews said they were. Non-stick is very average. The 10 inch pan is worn out after 3.5 years and everything sticks now. Bought some Sam's commercial non stick at the same time I bought these and that coating is still as good as the day I bought it.
