Great remote a little bigger than expected but that’s no problem easy set up works well with my equipment

Works great with all my Spectrum DVRs. I have not tried to program it to anything other than my Spectrum equipment and no programming necessary for that, worked fine right off the bat. The PROBLEM I have with it is that it has a very very strong and bad odor. To the point where my hand strongly smells like it after I use it. I am hoping that with time, that will fade away. Time will tell. 5 stars for functionality, but minus one star because after three days the thing still stinks.

Remote function great, very little programing involved to get it up and controlling my system. Very happy. Oddly, the paper instruction manual that came with the device has pen made notations and highlighter marks on it - but the unit appear brand new

Spectrum went to different boxes and remotes where I'm located. Like the trend for all remotes lately, they reduced the number of buttons. I much prefer the old remote, so I bought this. It is exactly like the previous remote and everything works perfectly except the closed captioning. I need to use the new remote to turn the closed captioning on & off.

The remote barely works, half the time it won’t turn on the cable. Often n have trouble changing channels as wheel.-
