Quality is ok but those are overpriced. Those are similar to the pyjamas available in the market for 200 each. Also, color is bleeding.

Comfortable & Good Quality Pyjamas
These pyjamas are of good quality. The fabric is soft and fit is comfortable. I am using these pjyamas in XXL size during my third trimester and will use them after delivery as well. These are also affordable and versatile option than maternity leggings. So, a pregnant woman should definitely go for these. The one thing lacking is that the satin bow is only for show and not for fitting adjustment. And like any other pyjamas, if the fit is perfect and length is long, then they will be need to be personally altered.

I am happy with cotton quality, the waist is elastic and regulated with a string. I ordered 2xl for hips size ~113cm and it fits close to skin - before washing and wearing. I expect the fabric to become looser while wearing. If you would like oversize, take 1-2 sizes up.
