2 days in and it’s a win! So that you know, my horse was kicked in the knee. Bute is the medical supplement he is we added a steroid but he still was not able to walk without head bobbing. Took X-rays and I decided to order your supplement. He is only on Bute here. I give him a scoop 3 x a day. We are making huge progress.

I bought this hoping to give my aging mare some much-needed joint support. Then I came across a study that indicated that the main ingredients - glucosamine, chondroitin, and Hyaluronic acid - have very low bioavailability and overall efficacy in horses. I then did additional research to see if the study results could be supported, and it turns out that the study’s findings were on the mark! Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and orally-administered HA have little efficacy in horses (HA injections have better documented efficacy)! I have no idea why animal supplement manufacturers continue to use ingredients like this that have little bioavailability or efficicacy… the same thing was observed for dogs! Glucosamine and chondroitin simply won’t help them in the long run! I will not buy this product again, and will focus my efforts on finding a joint supplement that contains ZERO glucosamine, chondroitin, and HA, and that only has proven ingredients such as MSM, resveratrol, Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), ASU, Rose Hip, and Green-Lipped mussel.

My 29 year old horse was so painful from an arthritis that he didn't even want to walk out of his stall. I even have him on a prescription anti-inflammatory that doesn't seem to help much. I have him on Flexmax and after only 2 weeks he's racing around the pasture with his buddies. It's so good to see him enjoying life again. I highly recommend this product.
