This MSM helped me with inflammation. I took it to combat the effects of mold, and it was recommended to me by my doctor for thyroid health. After a couple weeks I noticed I no longer had congested sinuses and swelling in my tongue went down (no more teeth marks). It helped me with several things that I thought were completely unrelated. One word of caution: if you struggle with sulfur intolerance than try taking additional supplements to help process this. After a couple months I noticed I was itching. I did some research and discovered that I would need help processing the sulfur into a usable form. I started taking molybdenum and other b vitamins, and paced my intake. The itching cleared up in a couple days. Some people might look at this as a poor reflection on the product, but to me it proved that it was working, and I just needed to do a couple things to adapt. I have been using this product for about two months now and my nails and hair have never looked so good!!!!! I can now get a manicure and actually use my own real nails and not add on any fake acrylic to them to make them look longer and stronger. My hair was damaged completely from years of relaxers and bad products. Since taking MSM, I have had significant new growth on my scalp and I'm still trying to comprehend exactly how this product works so fast. It really works! Been taking for several years. Really eases pain in joints. I only like capsule form. Easier to swallow. I stopped taking for awhile and my pain came back. Started up again 3 a day for my frozen shoulders and fibromyalgia. Highly recommend!
