4 apple trees, 1 pear tree
The recipes are easy to follow. We collected 3000lbs( yes, 3 thousand). We have lots of cider, some of the mash I'm using in dog treats and some to make apple cider vinegar .

Great books. Just what I was hoping for as I have gotten books from these authors before. They are very enjoyable to read as well as very useful for making these foods. Their books on making fermented foods are awesome and are the reason that I bought these books by the same authors. All books arrived in a reasonable time. Thanks

A fantastic book to learn cider making
Never made cider before but this book is like learning with a best friend who takes you along for a wonderful ride of discovery. The authors are so fun to read, exploring so many possibilities and sharing their learning. It made me want to jump in and make sure, which I did with 6 huge cardboys, mixing apples with prunes, berries, pears, grapes and other experiments. Just for fun. They all turned out good, and will now look at how to fine tune the skill. Highly recommended book for beginners.
