Donโt buy from this third party seller!
This is the second time I have purchased this pillow. I got the initial one from my doctors office. Most of the disks in my neck are herniated and this pillow is the only one I have found that will allow me to sleep as pain free as possible. I have had my current pillow for over two years and the inner inflatable tubing is pushing out of the pillow fluff and it makes it incredibly uncomfortable, so I decided to purchase a new one. I was thrilled to find it available on Amazon! When I opened the package, I squeezed the pillow to make sure the inner tubbing wasnโt poking out of the stuffing. I was disappointed to discover that it was. In fact, itโs worse than the pillow have had for two years. When I contacted the seller, the said that if I donโt โlikeโ the pillow I can pay the return shipping AND a restocking fee for a defective item! This is simply unacceptable. Now Iโm left without a pillow that I desperately need and they donโt care to make it right. Thank goodness Amazon stands by their A to Z guarantee and they are resolving this issue. I highly recommend the pillow if you have severe neck injury, but I donโt recommend the seller. Do yourself a favor and find it somewhere else.

feels healthy
This pillow keeps my neck aligned. It's not feathery or cushy. I have a slight "Reverse Curve" in my neck. What this pillow does for me is keeps my spine and neck aligned in the normal C-shape curve that babies are born perfectly with). One of the reasons why people have hunched shoulders, hunched head, or back pain is often because they don't realize a reverse curve in the neck is starting. I was luckily warned by my chiropractor early enough to be aware and treat the problem gently and with time. This pillow is designed to keep my neck aligned for 8 hours every night, hands free, and when I wake up, I feel like my head is sitting relaxed and natural above my shoulders, not hunched forward, nor stiff. For kicks, I took a picture of my neck when sleeping *on the side* on a regular pillow versus this one. It was clearly visible that my spine dipped downward in the area of the neck with the regular pillow, and I could not believe I have slept like that for so many years! When I first laid on the side, it felt uncomfortable, but after seeing the photo, I decided it was a much safer alternative to sleeping on the side as well. For those of you who want a "cushion" for your neck, this is probably not what you're looking for. But in my opinion it's a very healthy reverse curve treatment, if done properly. Even if you don't want to sleep with it every night, I think one night a week, I imagine, would be a good therapy for the neck. NOTE: If you do buy this pillow, I would recommend to set the height so that it is comfortable, overdoing the height can cause neck stiffness; and in my opinion, I would never sacrifice fluidity and flexibliity for "correct posture", it would defeat the purpose of the pillow.

Takes some getting used to, but worth it
Someone recommended this pillow to me, so I decided to try it out. Firstly, it takes some time to get used to. It is definitely designed to be used for sleeping on your back, as it does feel awkward for side sleeping. The included documentation says that you can use the thick side sections of the pillow for side sleeping, but that just made it feel like a regular pillow. Only worse, because my head kept getting sucked into the hole in the middle anyway. However, even through some awkward nights on my side, I never had any discomfort in my neck. In fact, my neck and back feel better than they have in a long time. Over time, I've adjusted to sleeping more on my back. This pillow is actually quite comfortable in that position, and it's better for your back and neck anyway. If you get this pillow, give back sleeping a serious effort if you don't normally. It could be worth it for you. It will take some time, but you may end up liking it. The adjustable pump is a nice feature, but in my opinion, it doesn't make that much of a difference. I should play around with it more, but more than anything the pump kind of gets in the way. It's just an awkward hard object in your bed that you may contend with. It hasn't really gotten in my way though, so I didn't dock much for it.\ In the end $30+ seems expensive, but for a good night's sleep, it's totally worth it, and that's how much you'll spend on a nice pillow anyway. So, in my opinion, it's worth a shot. It's definitely designed for back-sleepers, but may be enough to convert side-sleepers with back/neck pain.

Not woth the money
Just bought this pillow, which I thought was adjustable. Technically, it is but the only area that adjusts is the small neck roll. The rest of the pillow is just foam filled. There is a larger neck roll on the other side so the "adjustable" part doesn't really do anything - you can just use the other side if you need more support. The foam portions are shaped poorly. I'm a side sleeper and the areas advertised for that are too small. Your head easily slips off. So it's basically a standard neck roll pillow (but one that is poorly designed). At nearly$60, it simply is overpriced.

Best Cervical Pillow I've ever tried
This is the BEST cervical pillow I have ever tried. I have a whiplash that is over 40 years old, and I have bought every pillow on the market. NONE of them worked. So I made my own but it was so uncomfortable that I was up all night. I just got this Core Air Pillow from my chiropractor, and this is a Godsend. I actually had my first good nights' sleep in years! I can adjust the air as firm as I need it and it will never deflate like foam does. This is the BEST PART! Your neck can stay stable all night long. The only improvement I would make to this already-great product is that I would have an air pump on BOTH sides of the pillow so the larger side could also have this capability. GREAT PRODUCT! I am so happy with it!

This inflates on either side of your head which helps keep your head cradled but it doesn't inflate where I need it the most under the neck.

My wife and I fight over it
I got this because of some issues with neck tightness. I like that there are multiple parts of the pillow that allow for multiple sleeping positions and comfort levels. I like the pump up air bladder for giving custom levels of support, but it does need to be repumped often and you never end up with the same level as the last time. I'm always afraid the hose is going to pull out so I'm careful to position it to the outside of the bed. The pump is a simple bulb you squeeze with a nice knob you rotate to release or lock in the air. It's very similar to what they have on blood pressure sleeve. It also doesn't seem durable enough to have on the bed when I am just sitting up. I take it off and replace with another pillow. Overall it's a great pillow, but they could improve its durability or you can baby it and that will help it last a long time.

They need a better design that keeps the foam cushion in place.
The pillow was nice for three weeks, but the foam cushion came off of the air chamber after that. They need a better design that keeps the foam cushion in place.
