Has anyone tried playing this with 3 people total, and if so did it work well?

Works with one, two or three. Played it also with four people. This game is fun in anyway.

What is the learning curve like?

The game is easy to learn. The rulebook is written well. The nature of game does not allow the rulebook to give the players detailed insights into the game. I played a solo game before I shared the game with my friends to work through the mechanics.

Would you play the scenarios again? Or is it a game after all 5 scenarios you no longer want the game?

Once the main story is completed it loses some value unless the player is the type that needs to complete all side missions

Where do you find the app for fire 10 ?

Just side load google and the google play store. Your Fire will run all the android apps.
