Product itself is 5 stars. Really like this stuff -- smells nice but not overpowering, and very soothing to the skin, but...! First time ordering from Amazon- description says samples included in each order but did not receive any in mine. Secondly, found it odd that they would ship a liquid-filled glass bottle without any padding or bubble wrap in the box. Item arrived intact however.
