These help me relax, which in turn help me fall asleep. I do use these in combination with other supplements at night (glycine for better quality sleep, reishi mushroom for mental clarity but they make me sleepy) Small capsule so easy to swallow. No bad side effects I've noticed. It does produce a decent relaxation feeling, helps minimize my anxiety and over active brain at night. Carlyle brand is top notch, I take other supplements made by them and they are always good quality and with a decent expiration date (never received expired products) Does not increase energy levels, lowers them for me. sometimes I can feel a bit groggy in the morning after taking these, but it wears off quickly enough. No smell, ok maybe a typical earthy smell but nothing overpowering. No bad taste, actually not really any taste.

Works really well

Really good value for the $! I bought these a while ago, take it almost every day and still have quite a bit left. The serving size is 1 a day, not like some of the others who have 300 capsules but you have to take 3 a day so that is nice. I've been "got" by some manufacturers that way before, thinking I'm getting a 3 month supply and then realizing when I read the label that I have to double or triple up when I go to take it. Great product, nicely packaged and no deceptive practices when it comes to serving size. I will buy this again- if I ever run out, lol!!

I love it. A friend recommended this to help with my anxiety and staying calm. OMG does it WORK. Legit, helps me stay calm all day, there’s no crash feeling, no side effects that I’ve experienced, and for the amount I get it’s worth the money tbh. If you don’t like side effects of what you’re currently taking for anxiety or if you just want something to help stay in a chill mood or even if you’re thinking about it, I’d say go for it. Helps me and my husband stay calm and collected through our busy days.

Unfortunately my body did not respond well to the Holy Basil. It worked great for a buddy of mine but I had to switch to Ashwaganda because it caused depression & libido issues. Be careful & pay attention to your body when trying new supps is my only advice.
