I've been using Sanabul's older version of this bag for the gym over the last four years. It still works fine, but I've thrown it around so much that its starting to look a little beat so I decided to gift it to a buddy and upgrade. This one is great for a gym bag you keep in the trunk as it has a place to store shoes (I put sandals in there for showers post-gym) and ventilation for gear left overnight.Pros:- Lightweight and tons of storage/pockets, I never fill this up all the way unless I use it for a weekend travel bag- Nicer design than the previous bag imo- Solid zippers and lots of additional pockets for storage- Two outside end pockets, one large one over shoe/under storage and one smaller one on the opposite side- Minimal shoulder pad that is also removable for travel (or if you don't use them)- Dual carrying handles that attach with hook and loopCons:- I wouldn't mind a smaller option as this one is a bit larger than I need, reality is that you can just underpack it and it's fine, but if you are a hoarder beware you can fit a LOT in this small bag

Got the standard size because the XL has been out of stock for about 6 months. The bag has lots of good pockets, so is great for making an organized bag. As far as bags go, however, it is rather small, so boxing gloves alone take up a good amount of space. If you're just packing standard gear, this is a great choice. Just not the right size for me.
