I’ve been taking the gummy version which I noticed has only 100mg per serving vs these capsules that have 400mg per serving. Why the huge difference?

The answer provided does not seem to address the question. If taste considerations limit the amounts, why does this version have a higher amount? Is the 400mg version an older one with a less pleasant taste?
