This latest batch of monk fruit tastes more fruity and more sweet than previous batches I've gotten from Julian's bakery, it's even better than any I've had before! I have Celiac and I have never had any problems with cross-contamination with this product. A little goes a very very VERY long way. Even using this everyday multiple times a day this will probably last me a good 6-9 months at least. It doesn't have the bulk of sugar so it can't be replaced for sugar in certain recipes that rely on that bulk, so that's just something to keep in mind. But for things like drinks, pudding, and cookies it should be fine. I make up a batch of my own hot chocolate powder using two cups of organic cacao powder, two tablespoons of this monk fruit (slightly scant, it's strong stuff), and 1 and 1/4 tsp salt. I put that in a mason jar put a lid on and shake it really well to incorporate it completely. Then I can use it for hot chocolate with just hot water or with some coconut milk, I can mix it into coconut cream to make an instant chocolate pudding, and so on.
