It’s extremely well made, superb quality and it cooks evenly with zero sticking.I’ve read some feedback about the cup sizes being small, but to my mind, they’re perfect. I’ve made appe, aloo tikki and aebleskiver, and they’ve cooked evenly throughout. Each one has been golden on the outside and perfectly cooked inside without my having to move the pan around on the gas. You also need very little oil.This is a brilliant pan that could be used for all sorts of snacks, picnic treats and party food.
