Does this product, eveo tv screen spray cleaner, have alcohol in it?

EVEO says their spray fluid DOES contain alcohol. I just got a message from Kate at EVEO and she says the product contains alcohol.

Does this product has alcohol in it??

According to EVEO customer service this product does contain alcohol in the solution.

Does it work to remove tobacco stain on the screen without streaking

It did for my tv i sparyed it on let sit for 1 min or 2 miped off.
