Absolutely amazing! Debrox was not working and my ent couldn’t get me in for months. I tried this and it removed the blockage in one minute. It was a LOT of build up that I was shocked to see just pop right out. 10/10!

It took a few times to squirt water into my ear before I saw little pieces of wax starting to come out and then finally the large amount of wax came out. My ear was so blocked with wax , I couldn’t hear out of it. I’m very thankful that this worked so easily.

I have used many products over the years from bulbs to syringes, and tried this system out. It works fantastic, and clears the ears so quickly that it is amazing. The unit is essentially a standard spray bottle that has a custom injection molded nozzle. The nozzle is about 3" long to provide adequate clearance between the ear and bottle and has a Luer Lock fitting at the end. Supplied with the bottle are a package of special Luer Lock tips that have a small length of narrow Tygon tubing at the end. You can order more tips as necessary. You simply make a warm solution of hydrogen peroxide and water in the bottle, attach a clean Luer Lock tip, and get a basin to catch the solution from irrigating the ear. To use, simply insert the small tubing of the tip into the ear and squeeze the trigger, just as if cleaning the dirty windows. It delivers the solution at the right pressure, is not painful for the recipient, and generally clears the ear of the majority of wax within about 10 squirts. Amazing how effective it is. Other methods such as bulbs and syringes traditionally clear the ear a little bit at a time, this system it comes out almost immediately. A couple words of caution, since this is peroxide make sure you are careful to not get it on the recipient's clothes as it comes out of the ear. It is dilute enough to not be a big issue, but the one time you aren't careful is when something happens... The unit is easily cleaned, air-dried, and stored between uses.
