Loving these., no need to order a larger size // second purchase
This is the second time I have ordered from this brand on Amazon and I love them.., so did/do many of the ladies I attended a class with for two weeks. To my friends, I've called this color "coyote desert" - I could tell they wanted a pair. I have worn these to casual events wherein I was tired of khakis.., with a polo t-shirt, button down with and without a collar it still looks good. The tie strings near the ankle are like laces only I can tuck them inside the material for a neater look. My waist is a scoch under 40 inches (I'm older now and a lil portly) so I ordered a extra large and since I am five foot nine the " regular" length fit just fine. If you are five foot nine. Id recommend a "short". The regular length I ordered could fit someone just a tad shorter than six feet. But I really like the baggy/bagginess as it gives me an extra range of motion; sneakers are fine, so are semi laceddress shoes, but don't wear these with sandals or shoes you wear to the beach. I already have my third pair picked out.

BDUs
These are standard BDUs. If you get down with camo I think they are very cool. Fit great and they are built strong.

Good buy. Especially as a big dude. Fits well and they are comfortable. A tad bit baggy but I went a size up. Plenty of space in the pants. Iโm definitely ordering another pair

Decent quality, but not worth the price
First off, the Camo pattern does look good. For those who don't know, this is an Experimental pattern that underwent trials in the 90's by the USMC (Project Urban Warrior). This is a legit, Official DOD pattern. That being said, it was never issued. The only people who got ahold of them were the Marines who wore them in the trials As for these Rothco Uniforms, they aren't bad. They do feel a little plastic-y compared to issued uniforms. They are not Rip-Stop, no Company seems to print Urban ERDL on a Ripstop uniform for some reason. These look like the same material as the old Heavy-Weight "Cold Weather" Twill BDUs, but they are not. The Material as significantly thinner, Almost as thin as Rip-Stop BDUs. That being said, they don't feel trashy. I worry that they would tear easy, but I haven't abused them yet. The cut is the same as Issued BDU pants, all is well there. If you're buying these solely for the looks/fashion reasons, keep in mind that they aren't super baggy. I know this pattern was big in the Skate and HipHop scenes once upon a time. These are fitted like Legit BDUs, if you order your normal size, they will not have that Baggy Alt look. Overall, they will serve their purpose. I bought them used for 25$. I would *not* pay full price for these. They are objectively not as well made as Legit BDUs (Which you can get for under 20$). 45$ is just too much for these.

Closest thing to original authentic military issue.
I was in the military 35 years ago, and still have dozens of old uniform pants (BDUs and ABUs). And these cargo pants are the closest thing to original authentic military issue. From what I understand, I believe Rothco IS a military supplier. So if you want the real military fit and durability, these are what you want. They have several different camo patterns, as well as standard uniform and safety colours. I currently work on an airport ramp, and the pants take a lot of abuse. The particular airline I work for makes you buy pants from someone else (only because they'll pay for it). But they never fit, are quite uncomfortable (an Adult XL feels like a child's medium), and only last a few months. So I ended up purchasing these Rothco cargo pants instead, and the first pair lasted more than a year and a half before I had to replace them. I swear by them now, and will always purchase from this brand. They might be slight more expensive, but well worth it. Don't bother with anyone else.

Nice but not the fabric of my company uniform pants choice

Size up or be sorry
I have size 34 pants and all of them are baggy on me where I could use a belt. I ordered medium which is 31-35 waist. These are actually about 32 waist with the strap all the way out. I can't even button the top button. Not even close to a size 35 (which should be too big on me). Also the main advantage of military pants is the gusseted crotch which makes it easy to do kicks, splits or any kind of movement. These are kind of gusseted but oddly tight in the crotch for military pants- maybe its because the whole thing is too small. Then at the legs they are a big long. If I ordered a size up they would have been ok but the fit is weird. Definitely not standard military specs. Other than the sizing being way off and the design only half way similar to BDU specs- the material and workmanship seems to be of good quality- though there are threads hanging out in places- mass produced stuff. The camo coloring looks good. Made in china without any attention to detail in terms of the design and sizing. Who knows the pair you get might be too big but I'm guessing most of them run smaller than the stated size. For $35 they aren't bad at all. Normally military style pants are $50 or even $80. Actual real military pants I think aren't for sale to civilians but they used to have stuff you could buy that was basically the same thing. I haven't worn any for a really long time and here lately all I see are cheaper lower quality pants- not sure if they have the good ones any more. A good pair of military pants might cost $80 but they'll last six years whereas a normal pair of pants lasts six months- so they are actually economical. In this day and age I guess we are stuck with cheaper lower quality products.

Fit was good
Fit was good. A little big but next size probably would have been too small and short. Highly recommend. Washes well.

Accurate sizing, good quality
These pants fit really well, the size chart is accurate. The quality of the material is good, they're pretty durable, and the stitching is strong.

Very good camo Pants
Over the years I have bought various Rothco BDU clothing. Pants, Shorts, Jackets and Shirts. Can not fault the quality and the fit. They are all very well made and are comfortable to wear. These latest purchases were the Smokey Branch BDU Pants. I love this particular camouflage colour. Amazon had a reduced price on these particular items so I purchased several pairs.

Medium is a Little snug on 32" waist but fit good.
Fit perfect for a 32" waist. Little bit snug. Recommend size large if you like pants to fit loose. Arrived in great time. Pants are great quality for the price.
