What is the outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness of these belts?

25/30/35/38/40/45/50/55/60/65 mm diameter (the seller called it half the perimeter) with a thickness of 1.1 to 1.2 mm. I have no precision caliper to measure inner/outer diameter; most belts I buy use the inside diameter when they are described, so add twice the thickness to get the outside diameter. I've had no problems with these belts, which have a square cross section, not a flat one.

I need a belt with these specs for a cassette walkman. Internal diameter: 65 mm Thickness: 0.6mm, will any of these work?

You will never find a belt with the exact specs unless the OEM offers a replacement. I have repaired a CD/DVD Drive and a DVD player using belts and tapes that were slightly smaller than the original and stretching them on. They worked perfectly in both instances even though they differed slightly from the original. For reference purposes you need to measure the belt flattened out and not by diameter. My guess is that 65mm diameter would be 100 mm or 4 inches flattened out.

It worked for my Magnavox cd 6 disc changer. Both belts great repair

It is listed as a "Cassette Tape" belt, but I would expect it to work on a CD player as well. If your device uses a belt with a square cross section and size as listed in the description, it should work. Make sure the size you need is listed.
