Worst product, don't buy it. It won't last more than 7-8 months. The key will get stuck inside.

Good & sturdy. I'm using on my apt door so not exposed to outside weather. The building holds out keys if we're locked out BUT good lick if it's late night. Person with key doesn't want to get out of bed to let you in. Then why tell us you can let us in if we're locked out? I heard a lady get told to call a locksmith! WTF? So I asked the poor guy who didn't have the key to the box of our keys what do we do? Hide a key somewhere? He told me to get one of these. We have cameras in the hallway so if someone messes with my lock we'll know who it is so I feel ok using this for my door. I open if off & on to make sure it'll still work & let me in & so far no problems at all. Thanks!

it is a nice box, the combination its easy to set up, and to input the code to open it. (not like those with buttons, that are kind of hard to get them correct). seems sturdy, although I wouldn't trust it to put it outside my house with all the keys to access it in the box. I've seen some Airbnb using this device and they have it outside the house but, I am not that confident that someone is not going to rip it off the wall and try open it with a hammer or a crossbar or something. in the instructions says the box comes with holes to drill it into the wall but, I had to drill those myself. the box has the 5 holes marked on the metal part but, there is a plastic cover on the back that doesn't have the holes so you have to drill them out. not a hard task but, I imagine it could be inconvenient for some people.

Have bought many more expensive lockboses jūt think this one is just as good. Bought two so far. This will be my go to box
