Our schedules are very busy and sometimes they don't line up with the Orthodontist schedule. Especially if they don't cut the wires close enough. So I was out of town for the first two days of the week and only had one day home before leaving for another trip. It was one of those long flights and overnight at that. I wrote the company and told them my predicament and they were able to ship it out on a Saturday! It arrived on Wednesday and was a life saver. Excellent customer service and I the tool let me snip off a piece of metal before I had to leave on my second leg of my trip. If you plan on traveling with them, I would make sure you check in our luggage. I doubt you can get through the TSA with them. These are made very well and very useful. I have been to the orthodontist a few times with poking wires....No More! Review: Did the job! - My 15 year old son was having a problem with a wire on his braces and needed to clip a piece off. Of course this happened on a weekend and we had to improvise with pliers. I ordered these so if it happened again we would have the proper tool. It did happen again and he used this and it worked perfectly and quickly to remedy the problem.

Did the job!

Didn't work for cutting the end part of the wire for my braces, just folded it up.. disappointed.

Very difficult to reach back teeth
Very difficult to maneuver to cut wires at the rear of the mouth.
