Due to hand issues this is a great tool.

These are basically extremely cheap mice in an interesting form factor. This particular one, if they haven't done any product swapping lately, is one of the better options on Amazon - it has a mouse wheel which is capable of middle click, and it can connect over Bluetooth without needing the dongle plugged in. There are a lot of alternatives that look the same with different brand names, and don't have all of those features. I bought 3 of these at once after I saw what the first one was like, and 2 of them worked out of the box, the 3rd one I had to return in exchange for a working one because it could not scroll. One of the 3 is already wearing out after less than a month, it has started doing "double click" or "zero click" instead of a single click each time I press the mouse button. The batteries in these are atrociously bad, unlike a standard wireless mouse that might last 6 months on a single charge sometimes, these will not last from one day to the next without charging. I'm sure that means all 3 of them are going to wear out to the point of not holding a charge by the end of the year. But, I find them remarkably comfortable to hold; in particular because you don't have to have ONE position that you always hold your hand in to use your mouse. Vertical mice temporarily eased some of my RSI pain, but pretty soon started causing pain in different spots, because you still have to hold it exactly the same way all the time. With these guys, you can change your grip, hold it between different fingers, turn your hand upside down, and you still can have a usable 3 button mouse. It's just too bad that these are the only ones that anyone seems to make, since they are made of such junky parts. The wheel is terrible (too stiff, inconsistently functional,) even when it works, and I can tell they're all going to wear out. I have the one with the left click starting to crap out on me already, and the connectivity and battery life are essentially garbage. A Logitech in this form factor, with quality hardware that lasts longer than a single season, would be AMAZING! But unfortunately that doesn't exist.. so a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush, despite the unfortunately wasteful practice of buying junk electronics.

Takes a minute to get used to but will become second nature fast. Easy to setup and use.

Short of the now impossible to get Logitech standup track ball, this is my favorite style mouse input device. I have a lot of hand and wrist issues especially during heavy input weeks. Due to such, I have learned to mouse left and right handed. Which is where this device proves to be very versatile for me. It is light so one isn't straining due to weight. This model has a usb that it connects with and it is tiny. I superglued a lanyard to it because if you loose that tiny thing you are SOL. I'm that kind of person that if I find something I like, I'll buy a backup. In this case I upgraded and went with the newer model that has bluetooth.

The pen mouse feels good in the hand when used to move the mouse around. It does not take long before using it accurately become second nature. Unfortunately there are a lot of drawbacks. I will be doing a lot of comparisons with a standard mouse to give people an idea of the differences of this pen mouse. * The right mouse button is in a poor location and is stiff. Extra strength must be used to push the button. Because of this extra effort and the location of the button you will end up moving the mouse cursor unintentionally. Your right click on something will turn into a click-and-drag. This can be very frustrating. I would suggest moving the button next to the left click button and moving the scroll wheel to the side. * The scroll wheel is not a full 3rd mouse button. It allows for fast scrolling while the wheel is pressed but does not open/close tabs or do other 3rd mouse button functions. * When done using the mouse you have to set it down or in its cradle. A standard mouse sits in its place on the mouse pad. That means you are making extra movements every time you need to pick it up again. I would suggest making the pen self standing. As is this pen mouse will reduce your productivity if you are using it for work. * On a PC, the DPI button does not work. The concept is great. It needs a lot more refinement to be a good mouse.

As I am a 'south paw' this is good for my use.

If you need a mouse for casual browsing of the internet or youtube video watching then this thing is great. It's incredibly awkward at first, but you get the hang of it after awhile. Once you get used to the shape, size, button locations and using the buttons; then it becomes not only easier but also much more convenient than a normal mouse. It's especially great if you have limited room where you're setup. Not gonna lie, my favorite thing about the pen mouse is being able to lean back in my chair and use it on my stomach to navigate youtube videos.

Works well for sketching on laptop and tablet. Like the Bluetooth so I can't lose a USB dongle.

Necesito saber como se hace el swticheo entre dos dispositivos, es decir estoy trabajando en windows y necesito seleccionar Bluetooth para usar android y no se como. Al parecer no se puede y yo lo compre por esa funcion. Si no obtengo respuesta, procederé a devolverlo. No le encuentro caso que tenga varios tipos de conexionado, si no puedes seleccionar una y otra , ya que para hacerlo hay que borrar el disposito cada vez que lo quieres conectar en tu tablet o teléfono.

If you plan to buy this with hopes that you can sketch diagram like using a pen, don't. Because the action of pressing a button while using a pen makes it not smooth like a usual pen. Just get a tablet pen like bamboo/etc.
