This yacon syrup from Peruvian Naturals is amazing. I’ve ordered other brands in the past and I was disappointed. Peruvian Naturals yacon syrup is rich in flavor and the thickness is perfect. This product has a very light sweet flavor. Good for Blood Sugars

As someone new to the a ketogenic diet I was looking for maple syrup replacements. Honestly I can say I like this stuff better. Not quite as sweet as maple syrup but a little thicker - Yummy!

Only 2 gm sugar which means I need 2tsps, not worth the money. Don't like the flavor, I prefer the 3gm of sugar, which has better flavor, 2tsps plenty for my coffee.
