Great keyboard for Arabic and world music
Got it in two days by FedEx and the seller packaged it well. The A5000 is solid, the buttons and build feel high-quality, and the sound is impressive. It’s easily one of the best choices for Arabic, Khaliji, Shami, and other world styles, but it still works great for Western and pop music. Very happy with the purchase and the seller’s fast service.

overall great keyboard especially for the price you can't get better
Im giving 5 stars for this product because the seller gave me no issues on returning it. the reason i returned it was because im not use to this brand and it felt different for me i personally didnt like it. however the sounds and styles i cant say i didnt love it is top quality i didnt like the way the keys felt but thats not an issue for other people thats just my personal preference. i would definitely recommend this product with confidence. for the price this is a great keyboard for any skill level. if you are a beginner this keyboard will make you want to play and learn more and if you are a professional you will enjoy and love the sounds and styles this keyboard offers. I wish i wasnt use to another brand that ive been using for over 20 years i would have kept it but it just didnt feel right for me my mind just kept going to my keyboard when i need to change something such as styles transpose or sounds.

I LOVE IT!!!!
Ive written handfuls of songs with my other psr keyboard since 2002 and its still working great. I just wanted an upgrade with built in memory and music looping. it has more features than a nasa space station. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PIANO.

Modulation stick on the PSR a5000
I have the same problem. The modulation stick is not centered. Even if I reset the keyboard. I keep my keyboard very clean, and I don't see anything in the stick movable area that causes it. I have a feeling this is either a bad pad potentiometer or the firmware upgrade to v1.01 is what causing it. P.S. updates, it turned out it is a simple calibration fix found only in the service manual, I learned this after taking it for a warranty repair. Attached is the copy of instructions

The Yamaha PSR-A5000 delivers a good sound quality, especially for oriental and world music styles. The keys feel solid, and the interface is easy to use once you get familiar with it. However, the extra sound and style packs are quite pricey, and Yamaha’s closed system limits access compared to other brands that offer more open or free libraries. Pros: fair sounds, solid build, good performance features. Cons: Expensive expansion packs, limited open-source support.
