Rx jump ropes use an industrial grade multidirectional swivel axis bearing system producing a near frictionless rotation. Our patent pending swivel attachment allows for the cable to reach top speeds or slow it down to suit the athlete's needs. The RX philosophy is that it's not about pure speed but rather the right speed to suit each athlete's tempo and timing. Offered in two cable weight variations, allowing the athlete to find just the right resistance to match their individual tempo and coordination level. This provides variation for athletes to mix up their training and force adaptation. Adding three feet you your height when wearing athletic shoes will approximate jump rope length needed.   For Athletes between 4'10"- 5'2" choose an 8'0" Length  For Athletes between 5'2"- 5'4" choose an 8'2" Length  For Athletes 5'5" choose an 8'4" Length  For Athletes 5'6" choose an 8'6" Length  For Athletes 5'7"- 5'8" choose an 8'8" Length  For Athletes 5'9"- 5'10" choose an 8'10" Length  For Athletes between 5'11"- 6'2" choose a 9'0" Length   Available in two cable weights: Buff 3.4 & Ultra 1.8 Buff 3.4 -weighing 3.4 ounces per 9 foot length (excluding handles) ideal for beginners or for advanced jumpers looking to increase intensity. Provides tremendous feedback allowing the athlete to jump with a broader range of tempos from very slow to superfast. The Ultra 1.8 -weighing 1.8 ounces per 9 foot length (excluding handles) is recommended for advanced jumpers. This is considered a "hybrid speed rope" The Ultra is light in nature while still offering feedback to the athlete.
