Would this stick to 1000 Cordura fabric?

Don't know about 1000 Cordura, but it had a hard time sticking to Sunbrella marine fabric. We still needed to use needles and/or clips to hold it in place.

Does this tape make the needle sticky?

It didn’t make my needle sticky. It was just a little thicker to sew through.

Can this tape form a permanent bond?

No it is temporary best for hems, seam lines and the like.

Is this tape made of plastic or fabric? Thanks

It can be used for fabric not made of fabric. The description says acrylic which I think is just the type of plastic- it is super sticky and clear - worked great for basting

Perfect solution to non iron hemming

Works as described. Used for hemming curtains for our trailer. So far it is holding up to the hot days and cool nights. Love that you do not need to iron on. Very easy to work with. I have recommended the tape to several friends

Good temporary fix - not for long term

I made a custom dog crate for our puppy and used this to make a hem for the side curtain. It worked well for a short time, but then started to lose it's adhesive-ness. So I still needed to end up sewing it for the long term. But it was good to create a hem and not have to use pins.
