It works for sleep!
This triple strength, high absorption, formula is said to help mood and sleep. I ordered these for my husband who has had trouble sleeping through the night . He said he would gladly try this formula. He takes a tablet an hour before bedtime. The first night, instead of the usual waking up at 3 or 4 am and not falling back to sleep, he slept until 7! Although some nights are still not as good as others, he is sleeping longer. He's very happy with this formula.
