The Skullcandy Ink'd Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds can be charged using the included Micro USB to USB charging cable.

What device can i use to charge it, could i use an a/c adapter ? or do i need use a computer as the video shows,?

It comes with a USB charging cable, as long as you have a USB charging port that plugs into a wall outlet; you can charge it that way, another way is to use the USB port on your computer if you don't have a wall outlet charging port. An a/c adapter won't work for your wireless earbuds, because it does not have an a/c adapter port, I hope my answer helps you.

Does it matter which which bud goes in which ear

Yes, the bud from the side which has the control goes in left ear. Bcoz this has the mic which will show on top.
