These plates are beautiful. The colours are much more vibrant than the picture shows.

I bought this product once, but it was out of stock when I came back to buy more; when it finally shows up again, the price is doubled. I don't recommend it if you have a similar purchase habit as mine: try out first and buy more later.

I love the look, the feel, the weight, and the ability to mix and match only the pieces that you actually use. I hate buying a set of dishes and paying for cups and saucers thatI never use. We all have our favorite mug or cup. Nobody is going to use the matching cups just because they are forced on you to get the plates and bowls that you like. These dishes are great quality. Arrived without a nick or scratch on them. I haven't tried them in the dishwasher yet...so if that turns into a disaster...I'll post an update.

Not worth the money. One year update: we are down to 5 of the original 8 dishes. one cracked on the table when we placed some cooked food onto it, and two others cracked while in the microwave. Add onto how insanely hot these get in the microwave, and they are just not practical to own. These dishes look great, but do not hold up well. We are already begining to look for a different, replacement brand and pattern.
