it has 3 different types of Magneium but in what proportions , equal parts or .... can someone especify ?

I choose the 400mg to make sure I got enough into my system, anything more just flushes out of your system. I started taking Magnesium and Hawthorne Berries and within 2 weeks, I no longer take high blood pressure medicine, I was taking 4 pills per day and still out of control. I hope this helps.

Can you open capsules to add in food?

Yes. They are two piece gelatin capsules.

What form is this magnesium? I do not want Magnesium oxidem

From Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate, and Magnesium Aspartate.

Are these gel caps or tablets or ??

These are regular capsules (soft shell with the powder inside is the only way I can think to describe them...just like capsules you'd buy anywhere); they aren't gel caps & aren't hard tablets. Hope this helps! :)
