The fabric has a pouch that folds over to protect your gear. Ear phone cords can still run through because there are no zippers or buttons. You'll find these to be comfortable and stretchy. Awesome arm band!!!

A friend told me about this so I bought it and have been using i ever since!! I absolutely love it!! Don't even realize it's in my arm when running! Will definitely buy more for variety and incase I ever lose it, I love it!!!!
