Was very easy to install, it is a good quality product and seems more durable than the one I previously had that was delivered with the toilet. Easy to clean and it hold just enough resistance so it does not drop on its own so you can clean the toilet and it will not fall.

I'm renting a condo and purchased this toilet seat to replace the old, existing one, which was pretty nasty. I didn't really want to create a service request for this (the less service requests, the better, IMO), and after seeing how affordable the replacement was, I didn't have to. Delivery was smooth, and installation was a breeze. The seat came with all the necessary hardware (just a few pieces needed). Look, you're not getting a top of the line, thick, super sturdy product here. But for the money, it's holding my tushy in place just fine.

Fit our toilet set quite well and very good value for the money.

Have been skidding off to the side of broken seat for years....ya ya ya I know...so I caved and bought this...who knew how much better it is when you aren't sliding around?! Fantastic seat. No harness required, unless you're into that.
