Good product, good seller.
First one started making some noice, I messaged the seller on his WhatsApp, he immediately sent a replacement. Working perfectly well so far. Been over a month now.

Zero product support in the first week itself.
Item quality is very good. However as the controller was not working I tried for replacement and they offered only return and the price of new product got increased by 800. Tried reaching out to seller for support and haven’t got any support. I have fixed the controller as I realised seller will not provide any support after return window is closed so I have to live with it. Hence I have fixed the controller problem by myself as there is zero customer support with first 2 weeks of purchase and hence doesn’t have confidence about any further support. Recommend not to buy this product if you want peace of mind and good support

Good quality. Received in good condition. Size is 120 inches diagonally. Motor and remote controls are working properly. Fits well in 16 ft wide wall. DIY Installed. Looks so big.

Motor went bad in less than 100 operations.
Screen quality is good. Whiteness works well. The motor of my unit went bad in less than 100 operations. It now moves very slowly . Company says that it has gone bad and replacement will cost INR3500. Managing with the defective motor.. Very disappointing .

Budget category screen easy to use.
In the budget category. It's best from my side... I'm using it perfectly. Screen is exposing good colours. But only one thing screen shouldn't close perfectly. Screen hangs almost 4 inches down...
