Horrible after taste and always gritty at the bottom of my Shaker and I tried a mixer there is a very weird taste and they wouldn't exchange or refund over $60 bucks going in the trash

The taste is very sweet and kinda bitter but not bad. It gives you a ton of energy but will keep you up if taken too late. I try not to use it after 4 pm. Doesn’t make me jittery but if helps me sweet more than normal.

I'm very conflicted about this. I got this one on a friends recommendation. My first one arrived completely solid and melted together. I don't remember if it was damaged in travel or if it was just too hot in the delivery car, but it also smelled awful when I opened it, so I thought it was spoiled and requested a replacement. The 2nd one arrived only 80% melted together and only smelled bad instead of awful. That in combination with me being too lazy to see a local shop had it in stock had me just throwing it in a blender to turn it back to powder. The taste is not great and the powder will separate out of the water if you leave it sitting for a minute or two. If you don't mix it back before drinking, the bottom of the cup is... very strong in it's flavor.And I'm conflicted, because in spite of all the cons it did work for me. I lost 20 lbs in the month and a half I've been taking it. To be fair, that month and a half also involved going to the gym 5-6 times a week, cutting down on fast food drastically, and completely overhauling my diet to mostly homecooked, healthier meals. But I've been trying various different pre-workouts for the past year and this was the one that made it go down. So I just bought another one in a different flavor and am gonna hope that one tastes better.

I’ve been using this for a year and it’s great! No itchy sensation or after crash. It says to take on an empty stomach which I feel does work best. Last a good while definitely worth the price!
