Great formulation!
I love this formulation because it gives my patients sustained Berberine levels as opposed to the rapid release of typical Berberine products. Cause explosive diarrhea
Took this about 2&half to 3 weeks. Had 4 bouts of diarrhea... anti diarrhea pills would help couple days but the probs not worth it.

Extremely Distended Abdomen
I don't know if this stuff works or not. All I know is that the bloating is SO BAD and my abdomen was so tight and distended it made it extremely difficult to sit up, walk or lie down. I thought regular berberine made me a bit gassy, so I figured this would be better considering real dihydroberberine is supposed to be better for digestion. Not at all! The abdominal distension started in my stomach and not lower intestines. It made it difficult to breathe, because my abdomen pushed up against my diaphragm and my lungs. DO NOT TAKE!!! I don't know what is in this stuff, but I do not recommend it at all. I think Amazon should test it to make sure it is what it says it is. I regret not being able to get a refund. I am disappointed. I was really hoping this would work. Now I am back to regular berberine.
