This little speaker and microphone is perfect! It's compact and easy to set up. You can use the speaker and the microphone independently of each other. If you have a different solution for a microphone then you can still use that and use this as the speaker. It's got good sound quality and it's straight forward to use.

I've been using the Jounivo USB speaker/microphone for about 2 weeks as part of my work-from-home setup (Employer-supplied Dell laptop running Windows 10). I plugged it in and Windows immediately recognized it; no drivers to download or software to install. It works great with Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Teams. People on our conference calls have no trouble hearing me nor do I them. You can mute/unmute the speaker and microphone and control the speaker volume with handy controls on top of the unit; all it takes is a light tap with your fingertip. While the sound is definitely not Hi-Fi, it's more than adequate for conference calls. I have no complaints at all about this product.

Easy set up but microphone did not work well with my device

I purchased this microphone in April 2020. I've heard from others that the sound quality is very good (based on that experience, some have even gone on to purchase one for themselves). After about a year of use, the green "connected" light stopped working. The microphone itself was fine and there have been no problems with the microphone itself. I emailed the company asking if there was a way to restore the green light. I received a response that read: "This is Daisy, the after-sale manager of JOUNIVO. Our company has taken your feedback seriously and regrets any inconvenience it may have caused. Based on your unpleasant shopping experience, we'd love to resend a new microphone for you; we'll ensure you will not have any loss on your purchase." Kudos to Jounivo for their customer support!

I used this among a group of eight men sitting in a circle. A critical requirement is to have the people on the phone hear clearly. When speaking directly at this device, it was very clear for the people on the Zoom call. However, as soon as one of us in the room of men physically there would turn to speak to a man next to us, it was choppy for the people on the phone. Although it is a great value, I returned it and am considering my options.

UPDATE. Changing my review from 5 stars to 1, I have been using this for just about 90 days, granted I only use it a couple days a week for a few minutes, during my meetings, 15 minutes a day tops and it just suddenly stopped working. there is no output audio, no input audio, it does nothing, very upsetting since it's only been 3 months of very occasional use and I had originally taken the time to leave such a nice review. ---- I bought 3 other conference speakers before this one, 2 of which stated it was compatible with teams, they weren't. I work from home and my comp doesn't have audio speakers, customer calls are routed via company cellphone and computer systems such as AVAYA. Anyhow, we have trainings and daily meetings through microsoft teams, before i would have to call in on my cell to be able to hear or for others to hear me,,, tried 3 other conferences, 2 couldnt hear me, one could hear me but sounded like robotic. Was about to give up and decided to try this one, was super easy, as simple as plugging into usb and changing my audio in teams settings, crystal clear audio as well.

I love this device. It saves me from having a headset putting pressure on my ears and having sweaty ears during my shift of taking calls. I don’t have to deal with the aggravation of the sudden incoming call prompt which bothers my tinnitus. Love that it not only has a mic mute but also has a button to mute the device in general which is handy if you had to take personal call of needed to be attentive to another sound/person that enters the space. Great volume and clarity. Gentle touch button no need to press hard. Has greatly improved my call center life.
