Really works well for me. Large platform to stand on, feels really sturdy, feels good to use and I can feel it stretching my calves. Perfect to stretch out my tendon for my bursitis. Nice rubber pads for your heels though not really necessary.

I incorporate it into all kids of stretches, Poliquin step-ups etc. When not in use it's my office feet support. Easy to use, easy to clean. Not super stable when you do heavy exercises, so if you intend to use it as a support for your squats you might want to pick something more substantial.
