This flavor is by far the best and I have tried them all. I work at 4 am everyday so I have to start my day with one of these. I would say it doesn't wear off until 6 or 7 hours later and I prefer these little shots because drinking a full energy drink is just to much volume wise in the morning.

Despite being warned of the side effects of taking energy supplements I don’t care I wouldn’t be able to get moving most days without these and they work fantastic! I don’t get the jitters, I feel they’re better than drinking a lot of coffee or tea which would be my only alternative plus they have many vitamins that are good for you.

Tastes worse than most of the others though they all have a little bad taste, but very effective in helping to energize.

Love these. But Dr says to give them up. My B12 is too high and prolong usage will cause liver problems
