The description says that there are 20 tea bags/box and it is a pack of 6 (boxes?) - are we really talking about 120 teabags for $15?

Yep. 120 tea bags in all. I drink it iced and use 2 bag per 12 oz tumblers.

Why is this product so expensive? same product celestial seasonings herbal tea, fruit tea sampler, 18 count (pack of 6) in walmart cost $3.38 ???

This is six full-sized boxes with 18 bags in each box.

How long do you personally brew this for? Do you leave the bag in your cup?

Brew time depends on CUP SIZE. Small 8oz teacup: 3 mins and you can definitely re-use the tea bag for a second cup - longer brew second time around. Medium 10 oz coffee mug: 5-6 mins Large 12 oz mug: 10 mins (This is what I do. Bengal spice has no black tea in it so no danger of becoming bitter. It just gets really strong if you leave it a long time.
