Draper Safety Wire Pliers
I purchased this item for twisting safety wire on a Model T. The pliers are well made and should last a lifetime. I searched quite a while for a quality tool and finally chose these. They did come from England but I received them quickly. Many of the pliers I found were made in China and had less than good reviews. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
