Perfect size for the big ice cream cones for the kids. I also use it yo make the perfect size muffins. Easy to handle and easy to clean.

I used this to dip hamburger for making patties. With the meat leveled with the open side of the dipper, it holds about 5 ounces of meat. I was pleased that the thumb force to eject the meat did not cause any failure of the mechanism or the wiper blade. I only made 25 hamburger patties, so I can't evaluate durability other than to say it appeared to have no damage from the work I did.
