Does Rael sell any pads that are not individually wrapped in plastic?

So, this is all "organic" and all, but each pad is wrapped in earth polluting plastic? How many tons of plastic trash are you responsible for in a year? Encouraging people to recycle is great, but it is not how you care for the environment as a business. First and foremost, you stop producing stuff that kills the environment. There are companies that make panty liners that are not wrapped in plastic. There are many ways to do it. Learn from them, please. Otherwise, your "organic" and "natural" is nothing but hypocrisy.

Has rael ever considered that some women may not want the individual wrapping? why not just put them in a box, nice and flat like care free does?

I agree. If other brands can do it then there's no legal reason you have to do it for hygeine. At least you could offer both kinds. Personally I have no issue carrying an unwrapped liner around in the zipper part of my purse and either taking the whole purse to the restroom or discreetly pocketing the liner. Unless you drop it it's not going to get dirty. If you really want to carry it in something though you could get a small makeup case or pencil case; basically anything reusable enough to fit in your purse or wherever you want to carry it. Even a plastic Ziploc because you can at least reuse it. I believe Organyc makes both wrapped and unwrapped though I only tried the wrapped because I didn't realize they had both. I also tried Natracare and Maxim but I'm not impressed with either. The rule of thumb seems to be: if they say folded they're wrapped and flat they're unwrapped.

Does Rael make any pantyliners without annoying wings or annoying individualy wrapped liners?

Thank you for your inquiry. The reason our liners are in plastic packaging is for hygienic reasons. We want to ensure that any outside elements do not affect the integrity of our liners. I would like a liner that is 8 inches long as they never seem to be right were I need protection. These say long. How long are they?

Our long panty liners are 6.8 inches long. Almost a full inch longer than our regular liners. All of our liners now have even more non-toxic adhesive for a better fit!
