I finally bit the bullet and steam cleaned about 900 square feet of tile/grout. By using a rolling dispenser bottle the sealer went on easily. I rolled it on in sections so by the time I was done doing that I could go back and wipe it down with a clean white rag. The grout was several years past needing maintenance but looks like new now! Time will tell if it helps protect against stains and grime.

Excelente
Este es el mejor sellador , probé muchísimos y todos cambiaban el color del mármol donde lo apliqué y este dejaba exactamente el mismo tono blanco y además es muy resistente . El proveedor de este producto me atendió de una forma rápida y con ganas de ayudar ! Los felicito por el servicio al cliente que tienen !!!
