Good budget combo
This is a good rugged keyboard mouse combo. Good for office use. Keyboard and mouse both keeps changing colour which looks very attractive.

Money well spent
Kindly keep in mind that this product is targetted towards a customer who is not used to mechanical keyboard.This one is a membrane keyboard, and without a doubt one the best out there.I have used Coolermaster Masterkeys Light L prior to this keyboard. To be honest, I found Cynosa to be better in terms of being tactile and silent.What other choice do you have in this budget? Do not fall for the dumb youtubers who keep on suggesting Blue Switch Mechanical keyboard in budget segment. If you live at home, if there are people in your house, I don't think you would want to use a Blue switch mechanical keyboard that is known for loud typing noise.If you have low budget like me, chances are, your previous keyboard was a cheap membrane keyboard. I would suggest this keyboard over any blue switch mechanical one that you might buy just to impress people.Pros:1. Razer Synapse 3 support2. 16M colors available.3. Solid build quality, spill resistant with drainage holes.4. Very low noise.5. Matte finish keys with no bullshit fonts.Cons:1. Price2. Only one RGB zone in Cynosa lite. That means entire keybaord will light up in single color. Although you can choose any color.3. No dedicated media keys. You have to use Fn key.4. No palmrest.5. Mouse only has 3 buttons: Left click, Right Click, Wheel ( clickable)6. Cannot change DPI on the fly.Overall experience: Satisfactory

Not good product neither good aftersales/warranty claim service
Just like other Razer mice i had over thr years, mouse wheel stopped working within a year only and Keyboard keys are getting stuck. Went for warranty claim with AcroRma cuz Razer does not have official Repair centre in India. Its been more than a month since i sent the product for warranty claim nd still have nothing.GO FOR PRODUCTS MADE IN INDIA ONLY.

keyboard is good , mouse is bad & service is worst
so i received the bundle but the mouse scroll wheel stopped working after 2 days , service centre is just horrible they asks money if the product is discontinued and doesn't respond to you if you don't give them money this is not good i recommend buying a local brand with good customer service
