This is a sturdy, comfortable set that is well-worth the price. It takes a while to put together (and to find the directions!) and, like some other buyers, it does come in two boxes that arrived a few days apart.But, once we got everything and put it together, we are very happy with the purchase. We have a narrow covered front porch and it is the perfect size for a relatively small space. The cushions are easy to clean -- my two labs and two cats have tested them out already and I've been able to easily remove the mud.In short, they look nice, are comfortable, and we will probably buy another set!

Pleasantly surprised… I ordered this set after spending a week reading through descriptions and reviews on multiple other outdoor patio sets. Almost every other set had complaints about how difficult they were to assemble and poor quality. It took me about 90 minutes total to assemble all three pieces working by myself. Every piece was Numbered / Lettered and instructions were easy to follow. My husband was very surprised when he got home and everything was put together. Easy assembly, very comfortable and seems to be good quality. Perfect size for my back porch.

The chairs arrived in two boxes which were delivered on different days. Initially the hardware for box 1 could not be found and the seller was notified. Subsequently, when the chair parts were again taken out of the shipping container, the hardware slipped out of the hollow arm part for one of the chairs. That being said, the set iseasy to assemble, attractive and comfortable.

Seems sturdy and is very comfortable. Looks great on our balcony! I wouldn’t call it easy to assemble, but I did it all by myself and I’m 80 yrs old. The directions and parts are very clear and sequential!

It’s a nice set when you eventually get it. First a box was missing. Then it showed up weeks later with replacement. Customer service was questionable but Amazon did help get all our issues resolved.

This furniture is very low to the ground, made of plastic webbing and will never stand the outdoor heat in Texas. I'm so disappointed in it!! It looks like children furniture. I would return it but it will cost me a small fortune to do so, therefore I will put it outside by my beautiful pool, laugh at it when I look at it and then remind myself why you should never buy anything on Amazon that you have to pay shipping for. If you want to return it you're paying the shipping to return it to. Lesson learned! This product is so not worth the money I paid for it.

I was hesitant to purchase this at first since there were no reviews when I ordered it. I needn't have worried at all. The product arrived early and was delivered in two boxes. I opened the ottoman box first. I found the needed screws but didn't see any directions, however it was a 'common sense' assembly and I was able to put both ottomans together in 20 ish minutes sans directions. When I opened and unloaded the chair box, I still didn't see any assembly instructions or necessary screws. At first I thought we'd need to contact their customer service. However, we finally found the assembly instructions included in the seat cushion bag. Like the ottomans, it was a fairly straightforward and easy assembly. So far, hubby and I are loving this set. Will keep you posted on long term customer satisfaction.

I bought this set for a small balcony. It came with all pieces its comfortable and the price was great for what you received. You do have to assemble it but was very easy to assemble everything was numbered and followed the instructions.
