Banana cake very nice taste. Summer berries taste not great just about taste blueberry I think. Vanilla flavour is okay

Tasty, smooth protein shake
I've had a few protein shakes, and this one is one of the better options. It doesn't leave big lumps when shaken manually in a standard shaker, and tastes pretty close to what it's supposed to with a nice thickness. I used it as an easy, quick breakfast or lunch when I was on a diet. It's a straightforward way to boost protein and get some vitamins. It can be a bit pricey, which is why it loses one star from me. But on offer, this is a very solid choice.

Ticks all the boxes
Low points on WW, very filling good flavour and palatable. I'm at home when I make it so use a really small handwhisk in a straight glass and it mixes fine. Took a couple of attempts to find the right technique but have mastered it now. Will reorder.

I don’t know how effective this is as it was very powdery even when it was completely mixed. Which resulted in my not enjoying it so I haven’t used it very much. However if you can’t get past that it probably would be good for you as the flavour is nice, I just can’t stand the texture of it.

Absolutely love these diets breakfast shakes
I am very very impressed with the apple cinnamon swirl and banana cakes flavours of these. I’ve just ordered 2 more packs of each and have the vanilla crème coming as well to try. I look forward to getting up in the morning to have one of these. I do 100ml water and 250 skimmed milk and it’s delicious. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awful taste
Absolutely awful taste and texture. It is like drinking chalk and it’s very artificially sweet. I binned the whole lot. Save your money!
