Product is OK, the bottle is NOT
The product is fine (there is a strong smell to it though). The real problem is the bottle - the dispensing straw does not fit. And this is noted in the other reviews as well. So the product cannot be administered properly. Just the spray alone does not penetrate the crevices. For a product from such a big brand, this is a disappointment.

Kills but does not elimintae
Better than others but still not good enough. Pros: It kills the termite effectively Cons: 1) The termites will return after a while even if you soak the wood in it, 2) The spray top is extremely flimsy and cheaply made, 3) Bad odor - spray when you leave the home an keep windows open,

Horrible packaging
Worst packaging. The spray does not fit well. It keeps on leaking. Pungent smell, which caused a headache and lasts for a 3-4 days. Yet to establish the effectiveness of the product.
