Hyland's Arnica Montana 30x Tablets

I bought this to help with post-procedure swelling and bruising, although I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, it worked really well. My swelling went down much faster than I anticipated, and the mild bruising faded quickly too. I usually heal well, but the improvement seemed too noticeable to attribute to that alone. While everyone’s experience may be different, this product made a significant difference in my recovery, and I would definitely purchase it again.

I take this after any injury or urgent. It works well. Arnica is good for you.

I've been using Hyland arnica for decades now. That should say enough.

Idk if this helped or I have a great injector. But this helped to have minimal swelling and bruises after lip filler/tox appointment.

These wonderful Arnica tablets are NOT a cure for everything and for everybody- sometimes an ibuprofen may be the right choice, but my wife uses these when her lower back and between the shoulder muscles get inflamed. We really try to stay away from the Pharma/Chemstry-set types of solutions wherever possible and stay more on the naturopathic path. These are GREAT. She has also found that it works WONDERFULLY with a (no measurable THC) CBD tincture, where the Arnica alone doesn't get the job done. Great paring. Helps with joint pain and bruising

I have only slight bruising which I will give some credit to this. And there is only mild-to-slightly moderate swelling and redness is not that not bad as I thought it would be either but that's because I've been taking 4 of these Arnica pills a day along with two other pills (opti-recovery 3x a day and a whole bariatric multivitamin 2x a day). I'm not amazed by this but they have been helpful. However they do not help with pain whatsoever. I get absolutely zero relief even when I take up to 4 of these a day unless I take my prescribed pain relief. I would not expect to be blown away by these but they are helpful. Are they worth the cost I would say yes but probably not much more than what I paid for which was only about a little under $7 after taxes which will only give me about 12.5 days total of assistance but by the time I'm done I should not need to buy these again except maybe one more time. If you take these just for pain relief or to greatly assist in your pain relief you will be disappointed.

Using this for post surgery pain relief. It reduces the pain but I still needed stronger pain relief medication. I love how it devolved quickly with no after taste. I feel it will work better for less severe pain than mine.
