It is very hard to get a good fit and you can only do limited amounts of refits. Even after 3 tries i couldn’t get my front teeth to align with the upper front teeth/guard. I have to throw it away to avoid other issues caused my improper fit. Just go to a professional

ive tried 3 different guards from amazon, this one was the best packaged, best instructions, very good quality guard, build to last, quite thick which may be an issue to some, when closing your mouth it leaves a bigger gap than other guards. compared to others it is more comfortable, however it is not the snuggest most secure fit compared to other options, almost feels loose to where i was concerned it would fall out of my mouth during sleep, but was happily suprised that i woke up with it still in and secure. so perhaps my initial thoughts are wrong. also remolding is always an option to try to make it more secure. overall great guard. one of the best on amazon.
