Warning ⚠️ I'm not joking do not consume more than 3 scoops. If you really want to then only under catastrophic circumstances. I took some 800 mgs and I couldn't sleep for 2 days. I had gotten severe tachycardia. My heart rate was 129 bpm which could be lethal, if I had taken 1 more scoop I would've died 💀. Do not dry scoop, it will take time to enter into your blood stream.
