I am assuming that these are fireproof

I wouldn't assume that they are fireproof. But, as they're intended to be cut to size and slotted behind a central heating radiator that's A) full of water. B) Max temperature 70C. You can safely assume that there's no risk of them combusting. What you certainly shouldn't do, is put them close to a naked flame, or mount them behind an electric heater.

Can this be used on Vertical radiators?

By vertical do you mean that they are panelled radiators that are "flush" with the outside wall with a small gap between the wall and radiator? If this is so the insulation is easy to install.

Does this work with electric wall heaters?

I see no reason why it wouldn’t
